Shipping

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only. 

For overseas orders, please contact us.

For lead times and delivery information on specific products, please check the product descriptions. 

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery in the Malahide, Portmarnock and Swords areas of Dublin.

We deliver on Thursdays 9am - 12.30pm and will contact you in advance of the delivery.

Returns

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, if for some reason you are not completely happy you can return items under the following conditions.

*We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.*

All Items must be carefully packed and returned unused and in a resalable condition with original packing and tags still intact. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on bespoke, personalised or custom made items.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kateellardinteriors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note

We highly recommend returning any items via a registered, tracked postal service as Kate Ellard Interiors can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer assumes full responsibility for returning the items including any shipping costs incurred. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@kateellardinteriors.com. A refund for the price of the goods will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items. This excludes any import duties / taxes or shipping costs that may have applied when placing your order.

Damages & Issues

We take great care to ensure that your items are packed carefully to arrive in perfect original condition, however in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, with a fault or you received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, this does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of the item(s) or failure to follow correct care instructions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. we do not currently offer direct exchanges for items purchased online, however if you would like to exchange an item for a different variation, size or colour etc. we recommend placing a new order for these items and the unwanted item can be returned

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
